They're so incompetent. 🤦 My family members (without my consent) called them today despite me already contacting them. My family members are not my guardians, but despite knowing this they gave my family members a phone number anyways to institutionalize me when we're just looking for fair independent low-income housing.

I took the 4 hour homebuyer education class instructed by Dominic and he was absolutely great. He explained everything well and made sure I understood the content. What I appreciated most was he stayed a little overtime to make sure all my questions were answered. It really made a difference.

Shame on anyone that is complaining about CHN this company doesn’t HAVE to help anyone be thankful they exist even if you have to wait they saved my kids and myself from being on the streets and providing us cheap rent in our time of need. I no longer need their help but forever grateful for the programs and help they provided to us.

I'm a low income Senior living in income based housing in Waterford. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful for being under a roof, but lately things have been nerve wrecking. This project is run by younger generations who don't show consideration for the elderly. I want to spend my last years in peace without management being a nuisance about fluctuating payments, and asserting rights. To get to the point, I was looking for a place more affordable and suitable for a senior, but still need something based on income. Can't even think about paying 1000 rent. Some gal in intake from Community Housing Networktold me a thousand per month wasn't bad. Maybe I'm missing the mission of this place. Is it to humiliate poor people even more so who are seeking help? I guess they don't like my voice, or ethnicity. Whether I called for myself or a young relative who came out of foster care with not enough money for shelter and who is a hard worker, I am led to believe Community Housing Network is an organization of racial inequality, this is just my opinion based on the way I have been treated, with contempt, because of being in poverty Community Network Services has really minimized the urgent sit
